Gary is a “transplanted” Easterner, having been born, raised and educated in Southeastern Ontario.  After high school graduation and spending some time traveling and working in Europe and Africa, Gary migrated West to attend Simon Fraser University.  Gary has lived in British Columbia for thirty years, practiced Real Estate for twenty years and has resided in Kelowna for the last eighteen years with a growing family.  Gary was inducted into the Re/Max “Hall of Fame” in 1996.

Gary’s endeavors over the past fifteen years, both on his own and with various associates have been substantially focused on the development and sale of single-family residential lots in the greater Kelowna area, to date, some nine hundred of them.  He has been retained by both local and regional developers to this end and worked extensively with some of Kelowna’s most reputable and successful builders, both of single family homes and multi-family developments, from entry level garden homes to luxury waterfront residences.
